Giorgios Margate

Just a short stroll from the beach, Giorgios restaurant has been part of Margate for over 35 years. Opened in 1990, it remains a family-run restaurant focussed on Italian cooking, with occasional nods to fresh, flavourful Greek influences.

Lunchtimes offer a relaxed, informal setting ideal for a quick bite or casual meal. By evening, the atmosphere livens up around the spacious bar at the heart of the restaurant, where you can start with a drink before enjoying popular dishes, like Rigatoni Salsiccia, slow-cooked Kleftiko, or a hand-stretched Peking Duck Pizza – a bold fusion of flavours.

And to finish? Don’t leave without trying our much-loved Banoffee Pie, a favourite for good reason.
